At V2X Academy, we strive to deliver a high-quality learning experience to every learner.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for our online courses, workshops, and training programs.


1. Course Enrollment and Payments

All payments made for courses, workshops, or certifications on V2X Academy are considered final once enrollment is confirmed.
By making a purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that course access begins immediately after payment (unless otherwise stated).


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

  • If you were charged twice for the same course due to a technical issue.

  • If the purchased course is not accessible due to a verified platform error from our side.

  • If the course you purchased has been cancelled or discontinued by V2X Academy.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind or personal reasons.

  • Incomplete course participation or non-usage.

  • Failure to meet technical or software requirements.

  • Misuse or sharing of course credentials.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase by sending an email to support@v2xacademy.com.
Your request must include:

  • Full name

  • Registered email ID

  • Course name

  • Payment receipt or transaction ID

  • Reason for the refund request

All valid refund requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days.
If approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.


4. Cancellations

Once enrolled, users cannot cancel their course access after login credentials have been used or course content has been viewed.
If you wish to cancel before accessing the content, contact support immediately — eligibility will depend on your course access status.


5. Course Changes or Termination

V2X Academy reserves the right to:

  • Modify, update, or remove any course or feature at any time.

  • Deny refunds if such updates are considered part of regular service improvement.

If a course is permanently discontinued, enrolled learners may receive either an alternate course or a full refund.
