We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings and major events. For smaller events, 3-6 months is usually sufficient. However, we've created magic with as little as 2 weeks' notice!

What is included in your event planning packages?

Our packages include consultation, design, vendor coordination, timeline management, and day-of coordination. Specific inclusions vary by package - check our Packages page for details or use our Wizard to build a custom package.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes! We offer virtual consultations via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone for clients who can't visit in person. Many of our planning meetings are conducted virtually for convenience.
