CLASS POLICIES & INFORMATION
Reservation System
- Classes can be reserved up to 7 days in advance
- Members can reserve through our app or at the front desk
- Cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid a $10 no-show fee
- Waitlist available for full classes
What to Bring
- Water bottle (hydration stations available)
- Towel (towel service for premium members)
- Proper workout attire and shoes
- Yoga mat for yoga/pilates (available for rent)
