1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your course enrollment under the following conditions:

• Before Course Access: You can cancel your enrollment within 7 days of payment, provided you have not accessed the course content (e.g., videos, materials).
• After Course Access: No cancellations are allowed once you have accessed the course content, as digital content is considered consumed upon access.
• Process: To cancel, contact us at support@v2xinnovations.com with your order details. We will verify the request and process cancellations within 7 business days if eligible.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as follows:

• Eligibility: Refunds are available only for cancellations made within the 7-day cooling-off period and if the course content has not been accessed.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and credited to the original payment method (via PhonePe or other gateways).
• Account Holder Name: All refunds via PhonePe will be credited to the registered account holder MEGALA S.
• Non-Refundable Cases: No refunds will be issued for:
  • Courses accessed or partially completed.
  • Cancellations requested after the 7-day cooling-off period.
  • Promotional or discounted courses, unless specified otherwise.
• Chargebacks: Disputes or chargebacks filed with your bank or PhonePe will be reviewed per our terms. Invalid or fraudulent claims may lead to account suspension.
