Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe and meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. All refunds are processed according to the original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The timeframe for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

4. Special Circumstances

Training Courses and Digital Products

For our V2X training courses and digital products, refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • If the course or product is significantly different from what was described
  • If technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved within 48 hours
  • If the course is cancelled by V2X Innovations

Note: Once a digital product has been downloaded or a course has been accessed beyond the introductory module, it is generally not eligible for a refund.

Customized Services and Consultations

Customized V2X solutions, consulting services, and implementation projects are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we offer:

  • Project cancellation with partial refund if cancelled before significant resources have been allocated
  • Service credit for future projects in cases where expectations were not met
Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for the unused portion of the subscription period are provided only if cancellation occurs within the first 14 days of the initial subscription.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized V2X technology solutions once development has begun
  • Consultation services once provided
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Courses that have been completed or substantially accessed
  • Services where significant resources have already been allocated
  • Products or services purchased during special promotions or sales, unless otherwise stated
