Information Collected by LeadCall App:

  • Lead Data (User-Provided): Contact details, interaction notes, call dispositions, project assignments, and custom fields related to your leads. You are the data controller for this lead data.
  • Call Log Data: To enable one-tap dialing and logging, the App accesses call logs to record outgoing calls (number, date, time, duration). We do not upload your full personal call log.

App Permissions:

The LeadCall app requests READ_CALL_LOG and CALL_PHONE permissions strictly for core calling and logging features.

  • To connect your Meta Pages with our V2X SEO tools seamlessly.

Data Deletion Instructions (Meta Requirements):

You have the right to request the complete deletion of any data acquired through Meta APIs. To do this:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites.
  3. Remove the "V2X SEO Automation App".
  4. Alternatively, email us at admin@v2xinnovations.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will securely wipe all your associated data within 7 business days.

🔒 User Data Deletion Request

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms and applicable privacy laws, V2X Innovations provides all users with the right to request deletion of their personal data from our systems, including any data collected via our Facebook/Meta integrated applications.

How to Request Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data through any of the following methods:

📧 Email Request

Send an email to malaiyurgroups@gmail.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request". Include your registered name and the email address associated with your account.

🔒 In-App Account Deletion

If you have an active account, you can request deletion directly from your Project Settings → Danger Zone → Delete My Account inside the V2X SEO Tool dashboard. This is the fastest and most direct method.

🔜 Facebook Login Revocation

If you connected via Facebook, revoke access from your Facebook App Settings. We will automatically delete your data within 30 days.

⏰ 30-Day Grace Period (Question Period)

We don't delete your data immediately — we give you time to reconsider.

When you request account deletion (via the app or by email), your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time:

  • Your account is immediately deactivated and you will be logged out.
  • All your data is preserved but inaccessible to prevent accidental loss.
  • You may sign back in at any time within 30 days and click "Cancel Deletion" to fully restore your account — no questions asked.
  • After 30 days without logging in, all data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers.

What Data Will Be Permanently Deleted

  • Facebook Page access tokens and connection credentials
  • WhatsApp Business Account IDs and Phone IDs
  • Social Inbox messages and conversation history
  • All projects, AI-generated content, keywords, and blog posts
  • Your registered account profile, billing history, and all credits

✅ Timeline Summary: Deletion is requested → 30-day grace period begins → If no rejoin: permanent purge at day 30. If you rejoin within 30 days: full account restored instantly.
